Up in the Air is a short film about the wind turbine project in Prince Edward County. For nearly two decades, a group of County residents have been supporting wind energy initiatives.

The White Pines project near Milford looks to be the answer to that quest. But with four of the nine turbines up and ready to capture wind energy, the provincial government recently halted the project.

Be a voice for change.

Make your voice heard and ask our elected representatives to do everything within their powers to reverse the recent decision to cancel and revoke the contract for the nearly completed nine turbine White Pines Wind farm project in Prince Edward County and not proceed with the current proposal to dismantle them.

"When the wind farm was being built, we had people coming up to us...and say 'thank goodness it's happening.' They were actually relieved. But they never said anything, because...you take flack for taking a position," Prince Edward County resident Don Ross.
